Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods may be exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized print products
  • Digital downloads or digital design files
  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom print orders
  • Digital design files or downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

After inspection:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items show minor signs of use
  • Items are returned damaged due to customer handling
  • Items are returned after the return window but approved at our discretion

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was shipped

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping

8. Digital Products

For digital products or downloadable files:

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds are only issued if the file is corrupted or inaccessible

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before production or processing begins.

Once production has started (especially for custom print orders), cancellation may not be possible.
